Yueyang CLPEC Electromechanical Engineering and Technology Co., Ltd was restructured from Sinopec CLPEC electromechanical engineering and technology Co., Ltd. With 1700 employees now, and RMB 66 million Yuan registered capital, the company is mainly engaged in maintenance, repairing and installation of mechanical, electrical and instrumental equipments, including piping, and research and development of the relevant products and mechanical machining as well.

The headquarter of the company is located at the north suburb of the historical city Yueyang, which enjoys the fame of ¡°Dongting the lake under the heaven, Yueyang the tower under the heaven¡±. Yangtze river by the north, Jing-guang railway, Jing-zhu expressway and 107 national way by the east, the company resides himself in a beautiful landscape and convenient transportation net.

The corporation has 11 branch companies at present: Electro company,Mechanical company, instrumental company, Yunxi company, Installation company, Tawei company in Xinjiang, Nanjing company, Hainan company, Erduosi company in Inner Mongolia, Dayawan company, Dazhou company. There are four wholly-owned subsidiaries as well: Hunan Oriental Electricity Co., Ltd., Yueyang Hengzhong Mechanical Engineering & Technology Co., Ltd., Yueyang Changling Stearate Chemical Co., Ltd., and Yueyang Changmao Mechanical Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd.

The company, for nearly 40 years, has been undertaking the daily-maintenance, overhaul, transformation and installation of the equipment of CLPEC in the 5 million tons/year oil refinery, 100 thousand tons/year polypropylene plant and 50 thousand tons/year catalyst plant. In recent years, we in succession won maintenance, reparation and installation contracts with the following clients: Nanjing BASF-YPC Co. Ltd., Tahe Oil Refinery in Xinjiang, Hainan Oil Refinery & Chemical Co. Ltd., Shenhua Group Coal-To-Liquid Co., Ltd. Yueyang Hengzhong Mechanical Engineering & Technology Co., ltd is now a key equipment manufacturer in separating solid, liquid and gas, and the only comprehensive tower inner specialized enterprise in Hunan province having the capability to design, manufacture and install; Hunan Oriental Electricity Co., Ltd, is a specialized enterprise manufacturing switch sets of high & low voltage transformation and distribution, instrument control valve and its actuator and pneumatic components, acquiring the Sinopec market member certificate , becoming the SINOPEC first rate net supplier.

To improve competitive strength, the company has in recent years assigned special fund to purchase necessary equipments and tools for construction, relevant equipments for instrument tests and calibration, in order to increase the level of modernization, improve the productivity and meet the requirements of engineering construction. At the same time, the company continuously strengthened training of the personnel, striving to improve the comprehensive quality of the employee. The company has currently 17 technical personnel with senior title, 116 with middle title, 320 with primary title, 17 Grade 1 state-registered constructors, 12 Grade 2 state-registered constructors, and 13 state-registered safety engineers. The company now has the first rank contract qualification in the field of specialized electromechanical installation and engineering, acquiring the membership of SINOPEC material entrance and the certificate of Hunan Hi-tech enterprise. The company has consistently put close attention to safety, health, environment and quality, getting the approval of ISO 9000 and QHSE certificate inspection. The company has also acquired the qualification certificate of electrical establishment construction license(first rank),electrical test construction license(second rank), the installation of hoisting equipment, lightening protection inspection, the admission of safety valve calibration, etc.
